Our one on one executive coaching sessions are deigned to help you break down the barriers that hold back the development of your organisation.

Coaching is very different to training (although there will be some overlaps). Coaching is about empowering individuals to find their own solutions to issues, challenges and situations.

We’re even approved to deliver under the government’s Growth Accelerator programme.

That could offer you – subject to certain provisos – heavily subsidised coaching sessions and access to match funding on specific training of up to £2000 per person.
